Vanilla milkshake

1-2 cups of Raw Milk Whole Raw Milk: Cow A2, Goat or Sheep.

1/4-1/2 cup Raw Cream

2 egg yolks corn and soy free

1-2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract or 1 Vanilla Bean

1 stick of Grass Fed Beef Colostrum Stick Packs or 3 Grassfed Colostrum capsules  (just empty capsules)

1-2 scoops of Grass fed whey protein

Optional: but not recommended, it's sugar which should be very limited in your diet.

1/2-1 Teaspoon Raw Honey or Maple Syrup or Date Syrup

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and ice together in a Blender.
